About this role

Leidos is seeking a Cloud Service Support Admin/Analyst to assist in the day-to-day operation and monitoring of cloud tenants and M365/SaaS platforms under the direction of senior engineers. The role involves performing routine monitoring, administering user accounts, and supporting basic tenant health checks while producing operational reports. This position requires a current TOP SECRET Security Clearance and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor Azure infrastructure including identity governance and storage
Administer Microsoft 365 SaaS platforms and perform tenant-wide configuration tasks
Monitor operational tools for incidents and provide Tier 2 service desk support
