About this role

CACI is seeking a Tier 1/Tier 2 Cloud Support Engineer to provide frontline technical assistance for Enterprise Cloud Solutions customers. This role involves troubleshooting AWS environments, managing user access via Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools, and resolving connectivity issues over phone, email, and instant messaging. Engineers will collaborate with senior staff to diagnose complex incidents while documenting solutions to improve support processes. The position operates during East Coast business hours to ensure timely resolution for end-users.

Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 cloud support via phone and email
Troubleshoot AWS Workspaces connectivity and configuration issues
Manage user identity and access permissions using IAM and SSO
Diagnose cloud networking problems including DNS and firewall access
Document technical solutions and contribute to internal knowledge bases
