The Club Experience Officer Brazil serves as the primary liaison to district governors, assistant governors, and club presidents, supporting club and district operations and leadership development strategies within the Americas region. This role involves guiding, training, and managing volunteers to strengthen clubs, deliver valuable experiences, and foster member engagement and retention. The position acts as a trusted advisor on governance, policy matters, and positive culture-building to enhance participant engagement and expand Rotary's reach.
