About this role

The Clubhouse Assistant provides direct, in-person support to youth and young adults (ages 12-21) at drop-in recovery-focused clubhouses in Columbia and Greene Counties. The role supports youth in recovery or impacted by substance use disorder by offering peer support, resources, and a safe, non-judgmental environment that promotes recovery and wellness. This position includes community connection, member advocacy, and participation in trainings and supervision.
