Clubhouse Operations Manager

This role oversees the day-to-day operations of the PLAN Clubhouse, a psychosocial rehabilitation program for individuals with mental health challenges, ensuring compliance with Clubhouse International standards. The position involves managing staff and volunteers, coordinating member services and vocational programs, and fostering a supportive environment for member independence and recovery. The manager is also responsible for program development, grant reporting, and community outreach to sustain and grow the program.
