CMDB Administrator II

Third Federal is seeking an experienced CMDB Administrator II to develop, govern, and continuously improve the organization's Configuration Management Database within HaloITSM. This role maintains accurate configuration item data, strengthens CMDB governance, manages service and asset relationships, and leads Discovery and Service Mapping initiatives. The position serves as a technical resource for CMDB administration, platform support, asset lifecycle management, and reporting to advance IT Service Management processes.
