This role is accountable for data integrity, governance, and aligning the CMDB with business value to support modern IT operations and AI-driven automation. The position requires expertise in data science, ITSM/ITIL frameworks, and critical thinking to optimize the configuration data model across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end accountability for CMDB data integrity and business value creation
Define and communicate CMDB data governance policies, standards, and CI ownership rules
Evolve CMDB from technical asset repository to service-oriented data model
