About this role
Provides medication administration and supportive daily care to residents in an EverTrue community under the direction of nursing staff. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to support resident-directed, person-centered care and maintain residents' health and dignity. Documents care and observations in the resident electronic health record and follows clinical and regulatory policies.
