A Certified Medication Technician (CMT) provides medication administration and supportive daily care to residents within an assisted living community under the direction of nursing leadership. The role supports resident dignity and independence while working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to maintain person-directed care. This position operates within state and federal regulations and EverTrue clinical policies.
