Provides routine daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents in a long-term care or nursing facility, following each resident’s assessment and care plan. The role focuses on supporting activities of daily living, monitoring and recording vital signs and intake, maintaining resident comfort and safety, and reporting changes to nursing supervisors.
