About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant provides daily supportive and functional care to residents in a long-term care community, ensuring comfort and dignity while following established facility procedures and nursing direction. The role works within a person-centered interdisciplinary team focused on residents directing their own care and supporting involvement in daily activities. It requires compassionate interaction with residents and families and adherence to clinical documentation and safety practices.
