About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. The role supports resident comfort, safety, and confidentiality while assisting with activities of daily living and coordinating with nursing supervisors and facility staff. It focuses on monitoring basic health parameters, assisting with admissions/transfers, and following facility policies and procedures.
