About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, following residents' assessment and care plans and directions from supervisors. The role is focused on promoting resident comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality while supporting admissions, transfers, and day-to-day needs. The CNA works closely with nursing staff and other facility personnel to ensure consistent, person-centered care.
