About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility according to each resident’s assessment and care plan. Works under the direction of nursing supervisors to assist with activities of daily living, basic treatments, and resident comfort. Ensures resident safety, dignity, and confidentiality while documenting care and reporting changes in condition.
