About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at SSM Health Hospice Home of Hope provides basic nursing support in a hospice house setting, assisting patients with daily living and monitoring in collaboration with licensed nurses. This is a part-time evening role (16 hours/week) with an every-other-weekend rotation based in Fond du Lac, WI. The position requires an active state CNA certification and BLS certification.
