About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. Works under supervision of licensed nursing staff to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being while maintaining confidentiality and following facility policies. Acts as a primary point of contact for resident needs during assigned shifts.
