About this role
A Certified Nursing Assistant provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in a long-term care or similar facility, following resident assessments and established care plans. The role focuses on assisting residents with activities of daily living, monitoring condition changes, and maintaining resident comfort and confidentiality. The CNA works under the supervision of nursing staff to support a safe, calm environment.
