About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in accordance with their assessments and care plans within a long-term care or skilled nursing facility. Ensures resident safety and the confidentiality of protected health information while communicating changes in condition to supervising nursing staff. Works under the direction of nursing supervisors to support overall resident well-being and continuity of care.
