About this role

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Restorative CNA/Wellness Instructor to collaborate with the rehabilitation therapy team in delivering wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for patients. This PRN role requires on-site restorative training but does not mandate prior restorative experience, focusing instead on helping seniors improve mobility and independence through specialized care. Position holders will assist with ambulation, transfers, and range of motion exercises within skilled nursing and senior care settings.

Responsibilities

Deliver personalized wellness, fitness, and exercise programs for patients.
Assist with restorative care tasks including ambulation and transfer training.
Perform passive range of motion and bed mobility exercises.
Provide dressing, grooming, and splint/prosthesis care assistance.
Collaborate with the rehabilitation therapy team to optimize patient outcomes.
