About this role

Aegis Therapies is hiring a Restorative CNA and Wellness Instructor to work within the Rehab Therapy Team in rehabilitation centers and skilled nursing facilities. The role involves delivering appropriate wellness, fitness, and exercise programs while assisting with daily restorative care tasks such as ambulation and transfer training. Although no prior restorative experience is needed, candidates must hold a current state CNA certification and will receive full onsite training.

Responsibilities

Deliver wellness and fitness programs for patients in restorative care settings
Assist patients with ambulation, transfers, bed mobility, and range of motion exercises
Perform dressing and grooming assistance as part of daily care routines
Collaborate with the rehab therapy team to integrate exercise into patient recovery
Provide personalized care plans to help improve patient health and independence
