About this role
The C.N.A. Trainee is a transitional, entry-level role that trains individuals to become Certified Nursing Assistants. Hired candidates must complete a C.N.A. training class and pass the state-mandated certification exam. Upon successful completion of training and testing, employees may begin working as nursing aides until certification is obtained.
