About this role

Provides routine daily nursing care and support to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, following each resident’s assessment and care plan. Ensures residents’ comfort, assists with activities of daily living and mobility, monitors vital signs and condition changes, and communicates observations to supervising nursing staff. Maintains resident confidentiality and adheres to facility policies and safety procedures.
