About this role
The Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) provides routine daily nursing care to residents and patients in accordance with company, state, and federal standards. The role supports activities of daily living, monitors and reports changes in patient condition, and documents care in the electronic medical record. CNAs work under the direction of the Charge Nurse and help maintain a safe, clean, and compassionate care environment across shifts.
