About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and assistance to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility in accordance with individual care plans and supervisory direction. Ensures resident comfort, safety, dignity, and confidentiality while supporting admissions, transfers, and basic clinical needs. Works collaboratively with nursing staff and other departments to report changes in condition and maintain accurate resident records.
