About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care and services to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility according to each resident’s assessment and care plan. Works under the direction of nursing supervisors to ensure resident comfort, safety, and confidentiality. Helps with activities of daily living, assists with mobility and transfers, and supports basic monitoring and documentation of resident status.
