About this role
Provides routine daily nursing care to assigned residents in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility, following each resident’s assessment and individualized care plan. Works under supervision to ensure residents’ comfort, safety, and basic needs are met while maintaining confidentiality of health information. Reports changes in condition and incidents to nursing supervisors and participates in shift reporting.
