CNC Assistant

This role is part of a formal skilled trades training program where the CNC Assistant assists site Machinists to learn and develop tool room skills in a manufacturing environment under direct guidance. The apprentice must successfully complete specified classes and a minimum quantity of on-the-job training hours to qualify as a Machinist. The position focuses on learning safe work protocols with electricity and other energy sources while supporting equipment uptime and quality standards.
