INNOPROD
The role is a second‑shift CNC Lathe operator (3:30 pm to midnight) responsible for setting up, proving out, and safely operating high‑precision CNC lathes to produce complex motor components. The operator will load materials, interpret drawings, adjust feeds and speeds, and ensure quality and safety while reporting to the Production Supervisor.
