CNC Machine Tool Service Technician

This position is responsible for performing troubleshooting, problem solving, preventative maintenance, service, and repair of machine tools at customer sites and on company facilities. The incumbent works as part of a team to ensure high-quality, efficient, and timely service while making recommendations for process improvements to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves training customers and team members on proper installation and service procedures, as well as documenting all actions and findings using service software.
