CNC Machining Process Ownership

This role is responsible for owning and optimizing CNC machining processes, from raw stock to finished part release, within a precision manufacturing environment. The position focuses on driving spindle time optimization, improving machine scheduling, and leading root cause analysis for scrap and non-conformances. The ideal candidate will manage tooling programs, ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives across machining and secondary operations.
