The CNC Machinist at Alloy Enterprises is responsible for programming and operating CNC machines to support the company's patented Stack Forging process, which produces complex metal components for high-performance cooling applications. This role includes engaging with Sales and Applications Engineering to provide feasibility feedback, implementing novel fixturing solutions, and collaborating with Engineering and Quality Teams to ensure accurate manufacturing workflows. The machinist will also manage material procurement, production scheduling, and maintain safety standards within the machine shop. Candidates should have over 7 years of CNC programming experience, particularly with aluminum castings and 3D printed parts.
