CNC Programmer – Mill

The CNC Programmer – Mill develops, optimizes, and supports CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling operations to ensure the safe and efficient production of precision aerospace components. This role involves collaborating with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to maintain high standards of quality and operational excellence while meeting customer and AS9100 requirements. The position requires advanced knowledge of CNC milling operations, CAD/CAM software, and tooling strategies to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
