CNC Programmer

This role involves developing, optimizing, and refining machining programs for complex 4- and 5-axis horizontal and vertical machining centers using MasterCam. The CNC Programmer will interpret blueprints and CAD models to determine optimal machining strategies, select appropriate tooling, and drive process improvements to enhance production output and quality. Reporting to the Machining Manager, the position requires close collaboration with machinists and engineers to validate programs and ensure seamless shop floor operations.
