CNC Programmer

The CNC Programmer is a full-time, onsite precision manufacturing role responsible for developing CNC programs and manufacturing processes that transform engineering drawings and CAD models into finished machined components. This position requires strong hands-on machining knowledge and the ability to independently program, set up, prove out, troubleshoot, and optimize complex CNC machining processes. The role involves creating and optimizing CNC toolpaths, machining sequences, and tooling strategies to ensure precision and efficiency.
