CNC Programmer

Tessera is seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join its growing Aerospace facility in Auburn, Washington, responsible for developing, optimizing, and verifying high-precision multi-axis CNC programs for complex aerospace components. The role involves translating engineering models into efficient, collision-free machining workflows using Mastercam and Vericut, while processing tight-tolerance aerospace materials on multi-axis machining centers. This position requires extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, proficiency in CAD/CAM software, and a deep understanding of GD&T and exotic alloy machining methodologies.
