CNC Programmer/Machinist

A Machinist/Precision Instrument Maker sets up and operates a variety of machine tools to produce precision parts and to fabricate, modify, or repair mechanical instruments and machine components. The role applies knowledge of mechanics, mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures to maintain industrial machinery and ensure parts meet required standards. Work is performed within a manufacturing environment and supports quality and regulatory adherence.
