The CNC Setup Operator (2nd Shift) is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC lathes and milling machines for production. The role includes performing machine changeovers, installing tooling and fixtures, verifying offsets, and supporting operators and quality to ensure accurate part production. This onsite position reports to the Production Supervisor and works within a manufacturing team focused on continuous improvement.
