CNC Setup Operator

The CNC Setup Operator is responsible for setting up, adjusting, and preparing CNC lathes and milling machines for production at the Franklin, NH facility. This role involves performing machine changeovers, installing tooling and fixtures, verifying offsets, and supporting operators to ensure consistent and accurate part production. The position reports to the Production Supervisor and requires collaboration with setup staff, operators, and the quality team.
