Our client in the Indianapolis area is hiring CNC Setup Technicians across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shift to set up, run, and inspect parts on a variety of CNC lathes, mills, and grinders. This hands-on role offers a great opportunity for a motivated machinist to grow into a highly skilled position while partnering with the engineering team to efficiently run and troubleshoot parts. The position is a direct hire opportunity with compensation up to $33/hour depending on experience.
