CNC Single Turret Lathe Setup Operator

The CNC Single Turret Lathe Setup Operator is responsible for setting up and operating CNC lathes with live tooling capabilities to manufacture precision components in accordance with blueprints and quality requirements. The role involves independently preparing machines for production, verifying raw materials, selecting tooling, and establishing offsets to ensure process stability. The operator will produce and verify parts for first article inspection, perform in-process inspections, and troubleshoot machining issues to maintain part quality.
