Co-Creation Enabling Manager

The Co-Creation Enabling Manager at Anglian Water sits within IMRDS and Capital Delivery to bridge innovation, construction delivery and operations, enabling the scaling and embedding of new solutions across capital programmes. The role supports adoption of modern construction methods and promotes a safety-first, collaborative culture across internal teams and supply chain partners. Based at Peterborough or another AW office, the position works hybrid with travel across the AW region.
