Co-Guide

The Co-Guide serves as an educational leader in the Montessori classroom, sharing full responsibility for creating and sustaining an authentic learning environment that supports the academic, social, emotional, and developmental needs of students. Working in equal partnership, Co-Guides collaborate with families, colleagues, and support professionals to ensure the holistic success of each student. This full-time, on-site role requires a strong commitment to Montessori philosophy and methodology.
