Co Manager

The Co Manager is responsible for hiring, training, and developing the store crew while assisting the unit manager in operating the store to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing sales, profits, staffing, quality, service, cleanliness, training, controls, policies, administration, maintenance, employee relations, and performance management. The position requires strong knowledge of Wendy's operating systems and procedures, along with supervisory and crew training experience.
