Co-Occurring Counselor

The Co-Occurring Counselor provides clinical assessment, counseling, and psychotherapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups with substance use, mental health, and co-occurring needs. The role involves conducting screenings, brief interventions, and referrals to treatment within the SBIRT program, which focuses on early identification and intervention for youth and young adults. The position requires maintaining treatment records, coordinating care with community resources, and participating in diagnosis and treatment planning as authorized by the employee's credential.
