Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist

The Co-Occurring Disorders Specialist provides and facilitates co-occurring disorder treatment for consumers with substance use and mental health concerns, implementing evidence-based practices and promoting recovery. The role involves delivering wraparound clinical case management and substance use treatment services to ACT team consumers while collaborating with natural supports to enhance independent living skills. The specialist also provides crisis response services, individual and group therapy, and psychoeducation groups to support consumer well-being.
