The AES Indiana Generation team is seeking a Co-op Engineer to support operations, maintenance, and asset performance initiatives at Harding Street Station and other AES Indiana generating facilities. This role provides hands-on exposure to power generation operations, maintenance planning, project execution, troubleshooting, reliability improvement, and plant performance optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to support critical plant initiatives while gaining practical experience in utility-scale power generation.
