Co-op Lean Manufacturing

This role supports Schaeffler's Lean team in daily production operations and leads a specific project focused on scrap/rework improvement at the Alamo Final Assembly. The candidate is responsible for conducting 5S audits, managing time studies, performing Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for the Ford ECU product, and developing improvement plans to enhance output.
