Co-op Student - Performance and Talent Development

This co-op role supports diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA), workplace wellbeing, culture, and employee experience initiatives through research, consultation, data analysis, reporting, and project coordination. The position involves contributing to the development of the 2027–2030 Accessibility Plan, reviewing progress on current commitments, and supporting the creation of an internal annual DEIA report. The role also includes connecting organizational commitments to measurable outcomes and collaborating within a large public-sector organization.
