Rockwell Automation is seeking a UX Coop to join the Robotics Center of Excellence, a dynamic research group focused on the new era of Autonomous Operations. In this role, you will contribute to human-robot interaction design, lead user experience research, and prototype innovative modes of interaction with intelligent machines. You will thrive in an environment that values rapid prototyping, intellectual curiosity, and seeing designs run on real robots in real environments.

Responsibilities

Contribute to human-robot interaction and operator interface design
Frame research questions and synthesize findings from operator stakeholders
Prototype new modes of interaction using voice, gesture, or spatial methods
Collaborate with engineers and designers to defend and refine design decisions
Document processes and findings through case studies and internal reports
