The Boston Beer Company is seeking a motivated Co-op to join its Brewing and Innovation team, supporting brewing operations, quality initiatives, and product development across its Milton and Rehoboth facilities. This 6-month onsite role provides hands-on experience in brewing, fermentation science, packaging, and process improvement within both production and research environments. The position involves collaborating with brewers and quality professionals to contribute to daily operations and bring new products from concept to execution.
